3]A Torrent Client is a software which reads the data in the torrent file and helps in downloading the original file.You can consider it more or less like a download manager,it supports many advanced options like Pause,Resume etc..A list of most popular torrent clients will be given in the last.
4]After you have downloaded and installed the torrent client,you have to open the torrent file in it by going to File>Open Torrent.
5]When you have added the torrent file it now asks you a place where to save the original file and also about the files you want to download.
6]when you have entered the appropriate settings the download begins!!!
7]Now wait for it to complete and you will have your real file.
Basically how torrents work is by sharing file pieces you donot download the whole file from the server but you download it from other users who have downloaded the entire file or are currently downloading..
